Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane raised the concern of the club fans by refusing to confirm the continuation of captain Sergio Ramos with the team next season, opening the door to all possibilities next summer.
Sergio Ramos' contract with Real Madrid expires after the end of the current season, and so far no agreement has been reached with the club's management regarding the renewal of the contract, due to their disagreement over the value of the salary first, and the duration of the contract second, and the same applies completely to Lucas Vásquez.
Zidane expressed his desire for great continuation of Ramos and Vasquez with Real Madrid, but at the same time he did not rule out the option of their departure, indicating that anything might happen.
"We will see what happens, at the moment he is here, and we only think about tomorrow's match," Zizo said when asked at the press conference about the possibility of Ramos leaving, as happened with Cristiano Ronaldo.
"I do not want that (their departure), but in football you never know what will happen. The important thing is that things are fixed. You know what I think and I hope that the situation will be fixed," he said regarding the future of Ramos and Vasquez.
Zizou concluded: “You talked to the players about the renovations? Yes, we spoke, but what is important in the end is to solve the problem.
